Nicole began a passionate yoga practice seven years ago and formalized her yoga teaching skills at The Yandara Yoga Institute. Nicole's yogic lifestyle has long been a source of strength, balance, self-exploration and wellness for her and her students. All of her classes emphasize strong movement in asana, as well as other elements of yoga that invite a holistic and dedicated practice. She is trained and practiced in the techniques of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting, and Yogic Philosophy. She is also a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and has trained with Janice Clarfield. Nicole's prenatal classes address the physiological, emotional, and energetic aspects of pregnancy and childbirth with yoga. Students are taught to use asana, meditation, breath work, vocal toning, relaxation, and visualization to create a holistic and empowering pregnancy.
