I discovered the magic of yoga over 20 years ago! My first experience brought a profound and deep sense of peace and relaxation to my mind, body and spirit and guided to me to a place of stillness inside that I never knew existed. I am 500 hour certified, have been teaching since 2009 and have taken several workshops and trainings over the years to stay connected and inspired. I encourage and guide students to find the breath and listen to the subtle wisdom of the body...to move through the ebb and flow of life with grace and love, only love!
